Moon Roast hand roasts award-winning specialty coffee in small batches at its rural Hampshire roastery, using ethically sourced, seasonally selected Arabica beans from around the world. Each coffee is crafted to highlight unique flavours, with rigorous cupping ensuring quality and consistency in every cup.

Founded by Francis Bradshaw, whose family has worked in tea and coffee for four generations, Moon Roast operates from converted Grade II listed outbuildings on a working farm. The roastery features barista training facilities, a kiosk for fresh beans and expertly brewed coffee, and offers home espresso and latte art courses.

Sustainability is woven into every step, from recyclable LDPE 4 packaging and Podback coffee pod recycling to repurposing used coffee sacks into natural fibre insulation with SISALWOOL™. Customers can refill bags at the roastery, and all takeaway cups, lids, and packing materials are recyclable or compostable.
