Waterhaul
Recycled Sunglasses
Waterhaul transforms ghost fishing gear—ocean’s most harmful plastic waste—into traceable, recycled products made in the UK. Using a unique, industry-leading traceability system, every batch of Waterhaul’s 100% recycled marine plastic can be tracked back to the exact UK beach or harbour it was recovered from.
Their process collects end-of-life nets and ropes from the UK coastline, mechanically recycles them into high-performance polymers, and injection moulds them into purposeful products like sustainable sunglasses, litter-picking tools, and utility knives. All manufacturing and recycling takes place in the UK, minimising carbon footprint and ensuring full supply chain transparency.
Founded by marine scientist Harry Dennis in Cornwall, Waterhaul’s products are built for adventure and designed to last a lifetime—each pair of sunglasses comes with a lifetime warranty. By turning waste into resource, Waterhaul empowers a growing community to drive positive impact for the ocean.
